Shipping & Returns

Free registered post on orders going to any destination in Singapore. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt. Allow 1-3 business days for arrival following the dispatch of your order.
Customers can choose between Singapore Post and Speed Post at checkout. Singapore Post will take approximately 8-13 working days to arrive while Speed Post (DHL or UPS) will take around 3-5 working days. Please note, orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; PYAR has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Orders will generally be dispatched within 3 business days of receipt.  The delivery times are estimates only and PYAR cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide the correct shipping/delivery information as we we will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
We use paypal’s secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. Paypal accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Our jewellery comes in a reusable pouch and box. Orders with multiple pieces in one purchase order are packaged individually on assumption that it is a gift. Do let us know if you prefer them to be packed together in a shared pouch and box. Option to include a personal note is available at checkout. Email if you have further requests.
If for some reason our product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  
We will happily exchange an item for a different size within the first 14 days of receiving the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition & packaging that you received it in. Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense.
Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please write to us at for assistance.
Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within the first ninety (90) days of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. PYAR will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the thirty (30) day period. The customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees.
Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or bending of rings or earrings. Read our Care & Materials page for more info.
