We offer Worldwide Shipping, orders are shipped from Singapore and processed within 2 - 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping email with a tracking link. If you have any questions, please email at info@pyarislove.com
SINGAPORE DELIVERY
Free door to door courier delivery within Singapore.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $250 USD via Express Courier (Air) DHL, FedEx or UPS at checkout. For orders less than $250 USD, the shipping charges will apply at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
For orders within Singapore, we aim to deliver within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
International deliveries via Express Courier (Air) may take 5 to 8 business days and Standard Courier 8 - 15 business days depending on the destination country.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
We ship from Singapore. All international orders are sent as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes when it arrives in the destination country. Our courier will contact you in advance of delivering the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary country to country.

If the receiver declines to pay the import tax and duty, the parcel may be abandoned and disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund. PYAR is not liable for any customs or shipping charges if the order is refused by the receiver.
PAYMENTS
We accept all VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
ORDER POLICY
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our studio.
All prices are final at time of purchase. We honour our campaign and pop up specials. We are unable to offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Newsletter sign-up offers cannot be combined with other discount codes.
PACKAGING
All jewellery pieces are packed in a ziplock bag, placed in a reusable pouch and box, then shipped in a padded kraft mailer.
To minimise packaging waste, orders with multiple pieces in one purchase are packed together in a shared pouch and box. If you prefer them individually packed, please leave a note at checkout.
GIFT WRAPPING
Complimentary gift wrapping is available, leave a note with your special request at checkout.
Your items will be packed in our signature pouch and box then placed in a translucent paper envelope. Include a message at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a PYAR note card. All packaging can be reused for storage.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days on pieces purchased directly from our online store, subject to the following conditions:
- The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and undamaged packaging.
- Sale item(s) are strictly non-exchangeable or refundable.
- If your order is exchanged for item(s) of a lower value, the balance amount will be refunded as store credit.
We currently do not accept returns on orders outside of Singapore and Netherlands.
HOW TO RETURN
Please forward your online order confirmation email to info@pyarislove.com as proof of purchase, include a photo of the piece in its original packaging. We will get back to you with a mailing address.
All shipping charges, inclusive of custom duties and taxes (if applicable), will be at your expense.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
Do note, if you purchased your PYAR piece at one of our stockists, please make your return to them directly.
DEFECTS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@pyarislove.com within 48 hours with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos for assessment.
Damage caused by regular wear and tear is not considered a fault. PYAR reserves the right to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or general wear.
Faulty items will be repaired or replaced where possible, subject to availability. If repair or replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return and re-delivery shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do note, manufacturing faults do not include wear and tear, oxidisation or fading of plating, broken chains, cracked or broken stones, or bent rings and earrings.

REPAIRS
Our pieces are designed to be worn often which may lead to damage. If you would like to repair or restore your piece, please email info@pyarislove.com
LOST EARRING
If one side of your earring is lost, you may be able to purchase one side to replace it, subject to availability. Please email info@pyarislove.com for assistance.
