  PYAR Jewellery pieces are a symbol of love designed and crafted with a unique sensibility and skilled craftsmanship following modern and traditional techniques in accordance with ethical practices. To maintain the beauty of your pieces, avoid direct contact with perfume or lotions. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to remove residual elements from the days’ wear and store inside your PYAR pouch, keeping it dry. Store in a plastic zip lock bag, or airtight containers when storing for prolonged periods of time.

GOLD

 For our gold pieces, we use 18 karat gold over precious metals: yellow brass & bronze 100% recycled and 925 recycled silver. Plated at 0.5 - 2.5 micron thickness: Earrings: 0.5 - 1 micron, Pendants and Necklaces: 1 - 2.5 micron, Rings and Bracelets: 2.5 microns. Each piece is coated with a protective layer to prevent tarnishing, allowing a patina to develop as it ages.

SILVER 

For our silver pieces, we use sterling silver marked 925 as they are 92.5% pure silver 7.5% copper. The base material of all chains we use for our necklaces are silver. Our silver pieces are also coated with a protective layer to minimise oxidisation. Sterling silver can naturally oxidise over time, especially when not worn. This chemical reaction creates a black layer which can easily be wiped off with a soft cloth. For our silver pieces, we recommend using white toothpaste (not gel) to wipe the black layer off then dip in water to wash clean and gently wipe dry. 

All our jewellery, including earring posts is nickel free.

MADE IN BALI

Before each finished piece there is a jewellery mould in our Balinese workshop that is shaped from a drawing inspired by a story. Working together in person and remotely from Singapore with pleasure and an openness since our very first piece of jewellery. We have developed our collections together with our production partner using high quality precious metals and alloys.
